This recipe was in your Oct 19th newsletter and sounds wonderful.

Question is:  Can the tart be baked, sliced, frozen and then reheated as needed?

I haven’t tried freezing the tart slices, but I think the results would be okay.  You’ll have some degradation in the texture of the filling, so eat as much as you can of the tart while it’s fresh (it will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days after baking). If you do freeze it, post your results so we know how it works out.  Thanks!
